If you have ever stopped by the Chamber office, you will remember that we have a "window to the outside world". It is through this looking glass where we get our weekly, sometimes daily, entertainment. We see a variety of accidents, but this one made us giggle uncontrollably. A man who was just walking by, decided to help out until the police came, using both arms - sometimes at the same time.
