Today C-TEC hosted our monthly Manufacturer's Council meeting. In addition to their presentation on recycling and their "green" efforts, they offered a tour of their state-of-the-art manufacturing lab. This lab is located in their adult education wing and is used by local companies for training purposes. Kelly Wallace, Director of Adult Education for C-TEC, said that it is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. What better customer service could there be?
