LEADS recently announced that they have received financial contributions from AEP and Columbia Gas to help the residents of Licking County who need assistance paying their electric and/or gas bills.
They are awarding a one-time benefit of up to $175.00 for AEP customers and $250.00 for Columbia Gas customers, while funding lasts. The cutoff date for this special project is May 31, 2009.
