Found a good post via Nicholas Bate, via QAspire at Tom Peters! called Be Irreplaceable.
Excerpt:
Early in my days as a consultant I had a breakthrough moment. I realized that I didn't want my clients to think of me as "our marketing consultant, Steve," but as "Steve, our marketing consultant." This is not a subtle distinction. It's the difference between being replaceable, and irreplaceable.

Hi Cheri,
Thanks for the link back. I am glad you liked the post on being irreplaceable.
It is more about how you bring "You" element to the work - things are are unique only to you! That is the key to success.
Best,
Tanmay
