One day last week I took a call in the office and it was Olive Garden. They were calling to thank us for what we do - and wanted to treat the office staff to lunch. They said they would call to confirm on the scheduled day and then deliver it.
Needless to say - we were all surprised as this has not happened before, except for the great desserts that Chris May of Dairy Queen in Heath and Newark brings us on a pretty regular basis.
Well lunch day came and today Olive Garden called and promptly at noon they delivered the most wonderful salads, spagetti and breadsticks to us.
This kind act sure has me thinking: what can we do for someone else to really make their day? Also reminds me that I live in a great community!
So thanks again Olive Garden for your thoughtful gesture and thanks to Dairy Queen for the sweet treats.
