The 4 Most Important Words

Great Leadership is running a five-part series on things that make a difference in a Leader.

Part 4 is on the 4 most important words - What do you think? How many times have you been part of a meeting only to be told what the direction or decision is without having been asked what your opinion of the situation is? We always read and hear about how important being a team player is, but what does it say about your team captain if he or she doesn't solicit the other players input?

And sometimes we may think we know how our employees, co-workers or even our friends feel about something when in reality they may feel completely different. Wouldn't it be nice to know their true feelings? You may even get some brilliant ideas that you didn't think of.
