No, this isn't Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. It is Ohio's Third Frontier Advanced Energy Program. According to an email I received, they "anticipate awarding up to $13 million in grants for projects that accelerate the development and growth of the advanced energy industry in Ohio by direct financial support to organizations seeking to develop and commercialize new products, manufacturing processes or technologies, or to adapt or modify existing components or systems that can reduce the cost of advanced energy systems or address technical and commercialization barriers".
The RFP has recently been released and is available here. Letters of Intent to file a full proposal are due by 2:00 p.m. on August 21, 2008.
