Change we can believe in? Spending a Trillion Dollars? Change already, not one I can believe in though. You get-em Graham! And I'm sorry, did Barbara Boxer actually add anything at all to the conversation? Or was she just being a smart-azz once again. Just like "those people" to say nothing while pointing the figure.
