Yesterday morning was filled with non-stop meetings, one right after the other. Most were productive, so my time was well spent. There have been other meetings though, that were a clear waste of time. I don't like having a meeting just to say you had a meeting. If there isn't a valid reason to get together, don't meet. The last meeting I had yesterday was one of the good ones - as the two businessmen were walking out the door, they were overhead saying "that went well". Clearly it was time well spent.
